Annual meeting planning
Dear friends and neighbors: As meeting criteria change, we will begin planning our annual meeting for the fall. Please be patient while we look for a safe venue.
Exterior changes
All exterior household changes must be approved before work begins. Contact the management company with your proposal. Under the bylaws, the board will approve or deny requests within 30 calendar days.
Contacting the board
Please direct all communication through the management company. Do not contact board members at their private homes by phone or mail.
Broken streetlights
Call 1-855-383-4249 to report a broken streetlight. Please have the serial number from the base ready when you call.
